Another research study in 12 people showed no differences when it came to their calorie intake or general appetite.

Apparently, those people who consumed more than 3 cups of coffee per day had a higher blood pressure. This is compared to the people, who were drinking less.
Additionally, caffeine is also a diuretic.
This means that it may cause you to excrete more fluid through urine. In other words, you are likely to go to the restroom more often.
